MDCUXP Application is designed and developed specifically for a medical student/resident who practices medicine in medical school under the direct or indirect supervision of an attending physician to verify their performances easily. LOGBOOK (“Logbook” or “We” or “Us” or “Web” or “App”) highly respects the privacy of our users. All patients and patients-related information belong to patients. User, as a collector of information, agrees to take all reasonable and full responsibilities to ensure the confidentiality and privacy of the information uploaded on the App. And user shall not publicize, share, disclose or disseminate any information without any written consents from the patients whose information is collected and stored in Logbook. We will also perform any required steps to ensure the confidentiality of such information remains covered and confidential.
User shall be noted that we, as the author of the app, technically have access to all users’ personal information uploaded on the App. But we will neither share or make any information user uploads and stores on our App available publicly nor we will make use of the information commercially or at any purposes other than our internal product development unless we attain any written consents from such users. We shall take all reasonable measures to protect our information storage and our servers from any irrelevant parties to have any accesses to it. However, we cannot and do not guarantee that a breach will never happen, and you acknowledge and agree that we cannot be held responsible or liable for any breaches or unauthorized access to or use of your information. All information user uploads and stores on our App is stored on our secured servers. We shall perform backups of our entire system and storage in a reasonable manner from time to time for our business and contact purposes only. During the course of application using, users may be contacted by our developer team to request for an additional information in order to perform general helps and/or error/bug fixings. Your Logbook account, username and password belong to you. You are solely responsible for keeping your account private and keep your password secured in order to ensure that all contents remain confidential. We acknowledge that user may sometimes be required by necessities to transmit some information to other platforms, but such transmission shall be user own risk. MDCUXP shall not and will not be responsible or be liable for any leakages or disclosures of information caused from such transmission. User also be notified that this privacy policy shall only protect your information on our App and Web, when information is transferred to other platforms, their privacy policies shall be applied to your information. Therefore, user shall read and agree the privacy policy of such platform before making any transmissions.
